Lingering init die roll bug

According to the rules, whenever the init die rolls come up the same, the init should go to the player that had it last.

This almost never happens properly.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"

Do you have a save from the end of the previous turn? Even if the save doesn't repeat for me it'll be a clue. Thanks.
