construction costs chart

Long time ago, somebody created a chart with the costs of expanding ports, airbases, forts, etc. + the optimal engineers..
I just can't find it... any chance someone has it ?

I understand the basic: 1 supply per eng unit x 12 hour period, but I am mostly interested on getting the exact costs of expanding beyond SPS level.

This way I can decide if it makes sense to build places like Wakkanai, Toyohara or Babeldaob
