crash game

hello to all
I bought during Easter specials a WITE and this ADDONs.
I currently playing Road to Leningrad to take control of the game after a few minutes when I want to
save as fast 'q' by creating an online backup the game freezes and a pop up system appears.
first time occured with one game ! with other no problemo !

the popup says:
WITE Application has stopped work.

a problem that the program has stopped working properly. Window will close the program and tells you if a solution is available.
I update to the latest version, I have a W7 of competition, so help!

from the game start window, the one with PLAY option and the picture of the soldier with binoculars, select the "support" option. That will take you to the Matrix helpdesk, they will fix you right up.

Start it in the Admin mode; what about your specs? Sometimes old vid driver/flash causes it to crash. To see if that's the case, rename your Video folder, e.g. to -Video to prevent the intro to start. See how that worked.

thank you for your answers, I tried it several ways and I think when I threw a backup with one click left over unit that crashed, I am currently in the second round with several backups as quick as normal and it works nominally! I cross my fingers! uh I hope, in English!
