How to fight corruption

----- solved -------hey, so i conquered a planet with 15 billion human population, a revenue of 124k but 63% corruption
Even with 28% tax it makes me -1.0k with 94% compliance..

is there anything i can do to improve that?

edit.: i have the population policy on assimilate, should i try enslave?

edit2.: ok, so it seem thati just havenot waited long enough for the taxes to kick in, its now making me 34K tax income. even though it seems to me that i have waited some time...

Stick a Regional Capital on it and enjoy the bloat.

Also, colony gouverneurs with the "reduce corruption" skill can help, too (not neccessary if you have a regional capital on it though, since that eliminates corruption on that planet entirely). And in case the pesky pirates have created facilities on that planet, make sure to destroy them as they increase corruption.
