PC DVD disc will not install

Good morning. I purchased the books + DVD, and the DVD will not install. The auto-exec will not run automatically, and when I try running it manually, the machine locks up and I have to reboot. The error message indicates something about "too many files in use."

How do I receive a working installation disc, or my money back? I will gladly return the books and disc if need be, all in pristine condition, or, just give me a working install disc. Pretty reasonable request, I think.

Each time I try to play this game, I just regret all the more having wasted the money on it. [:@]

We (Beta folks) cannot help you here. A Matrix support person should help you. I think you can also raise a ticket on their website to get their help on this if this reasonable request is not picked up in time.
