1.03 pretty much ready

The 1.03 beta gave me some feedback so these are the fixes that will be in "official" 1.03

- Fixed assigning of combat supply on reinforcement screen
- modified start strengths in Alps scenario
- Fixed problem when clicking Next Unordered unit
- Removed Override button from Start screen
- Fixed ordering a unit to a location occupied by another friendly unit and after the order the target unit is displayed.
- Fixed graphic glitch on enemy counters at end of game after Victory display.
- Added new screen resolution ( 2560x1440)
- Added a version check which prevents any pre-1.03 game being loaded and then producing errors and/or giving access to exploits.

I have begun a new PBEM Campaign game as Allied with official 1.03 and so far it is playing very well. Thanks Frank [:)]
