I could use a mod where I can delete/move any unit on map. This of course requires permission from all players. This way it is possible to move on and ignoring some bugs.

For example peacekeepers in Finland, USSR cant attack them. Players can solve attacks using random.org dice, see charts for result, delete units and move on.
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.
