Thank You Very Much Matrix Games..

Post by uberknight72 »

The other day I made a topic describing how I received a damaged copy of DW: U and was wondering how I could go about possibly getting it replaced.

I sent in a ticket to Matrix Games support and hoped for the best

Well to my utter surprise, today I received in the mail a brand new undamaged box with priority shipping. I checked my email and seen that it was shipped just yesterday. I find it odd that they did not respond to my ticket or send anything other than a shipping notice in my email but the surprise it made was certainly wonderful!

Thank you so much Matrix Games for your quiet though Excellent support and thank you Elliot for sculpting this wonderful addition to my collection! [&o]

I'll be out for DW 2 with high hopes :)
