TRN file for PBEM

Post by USSLockwood »

The manual states that a TRN file will be created upon saving the game and that
this file is to be used for a multiplayer game. I do not see a .TRN file but I
do have the .ORD files. Is the manual in error and should I use the .ORD file?
Thanks.

The manual is completely out of date. In CW2 there are no .TRN files. There are .ORD files and .HST files.

When playing PBEM the host sends the .HST file to his/her opponent. Trouble is the system is totally transparent.
