[FIXED B541] AS.11 missiles doesn't hit when game is at 1x speed

AS.11 missiles never hit the target when running in 1x speed. When at 5x speed they hit.

1. Load attached scenario
2. Set speed to 1x
3. Observe helicopters attack and miss
4. Reload scenario
5. Set speed to 5x
6. Observe helicopters attack and hit

Oddly when I reassign to a mission I get one or two hits but the rest act similarly to what's depicted in your video. Something is definitely off (guessing specific to AS.11) We'll check it out. Logged.
