1.9.5.2 Leader Issues

I'm having two issues with leaders in custom games. First in my most recent games the game shows me having two leaders..one of which I cant dismiss. All of the other races in the game appear to have 2 leaders. When I dismiss the other it autogenerates a new leader instead of declaring the 2nd character as leader. Both characters are titled leader. I think one is suppose to be colony governor but is getting labled leader.

The second issue is that the starting colony governor I get uses the image of a differnt race. It one of my custom races pics but doesnt seem to have any connection numerically or file name wise to my current race.

Any help?

Could you please upload a savegame showing this? If you're using a custom theme, please also include a zipped copy of your theme folder.
