Screen goes black, have to restart OS

Screen goes black, have to restart OS

Screen goes black after successful extended phase explorer mission.

Have to alt/ctrl back to OS. Then try to open close programs and goes to black screen.

Have to restart computer to fix. Reload save exact same problem.
