Scenario with S-300 or s-400

Im looking for a scenario that will do a basic test against the S-300VM or S-400 missile system. Does anyone have one, or is it easier to make one myself (although I have not ever made one and really dont know where to begin, how to make it active, etc..) I would want to try out several different options, using UAVs, F35s, F18s, etc.. any help is appreciated!![&o][&o][&o]
