I have been lurking and watching this game for some time now. I helped playtest the awesome game "Advanced Tactics" and think this game, with suppirt, will be a classic as well. I signed up for the beta test in anticipation. I also think this game could be interesting as a multiplayer test. I do understand it is not going that route initially, but perhaps later?

So for those of us who have signed up, what's the eta?

We have already more than 100 people signed up for it within 14 hours and now counting. We will have a first run with only around 20 people.

The installer to be ready will take at least another week to be ready for testing.

The Sovereignty Beta test has begun, it will go in phases, adding more and more Beta testers each round/build, so if your are not chosen the first round don`t panic, we always end up using everybody who volunteered on later stages.

Pickings per round are at random BTW...

Beta is on-going at the moment. And I have you in the list of applicants. For the time being, the amount of testers won't increase as we had so much feedback from the few who were selected.

That's disappointing to hear. I was very excited about this title. Guess I'll have to wait, then.

We have so many applicants and we pick people randomly but also with hindsight of the specs we need to have tested.

its nice to have a big pool, plus all levels of experiences etc, different specs of pc's and o/s always helps

For those not in beta, don't despair. We're implementing a lot of player feedback-based changes and fixes. As we move closer to release, we'll invite more players...
