Us markers phase never ending

Hello,

We are trying to play a globalware. After the setup made by the german and declaring the war against Poland (DOW),
we have a problem after the US Markers drawn. I am clicking for the next phase but the german declaration against Poland appears again so i have to repeat the same phase (Us markers) again and its never ending.

What can we do? We made any kind of mistake?

Sounds like this is a NetPlay game? If so, the bug is on the list but won't be fixed for some time.
