Game not working

Bought on steam. The 5 buttons int he bottom left all work - to get here or to Matrix. But three buttons on right - Play, Manual, and Modding just sit there.

Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay.
Open the folder where the game is installed (default.: Steam\SteamApps\common\Distant Worlds Universe), search for "DistantWorlds.exe" and double click on it.
Are you able to launch the game?
