Supply disappearing during a turn

I play Allies in the Southern Italy campaign.

The good supply from Taranto was cut during one turn and then was restored. The cut was not due to the presence on an hidden enemy unit (I traveled the whole area and saw nobody).

Could it be the result of the enemy air interdiction?

If the enemy had bombed and caused a few points damage to Taranto you should have seen a popup telling you that happened.

Was this PBEM or solitaire? If you have the save(s) I'll load it up and look at it.

Hi moet, I ran your three saves, the reason for the decline in supply levels at the front for one turn for hexes supplied from Taranto seems to be that it rained for one turn and mud severely reduces supply projection. When the clear weather returned your supply level returned to normal.
