Spain fails to become axis minor

German and Italian units occupy Gibraltar.

Germans are out of supply. Italian is not. (Thats a bug for the German supply in the Med).

There was no message to align Spain to the Axis in the current impulse.

The save file is at the DoW phase, axis.

Pass with all nations. Roll a 10 for end of turn. Do it for both sides.
Then you can get to the Align phase to see it does not fire.

I just had a similar issue. In my game, it triggers the axis aligns spain option, and then hangs until it crashes.

Possibly because Italy was credited for the conquest (used Italian marines, one Italian division and a German Paratrooper, all survived) but then it gave Germany the option to align it. Should have been an Italian option.

The supply problem no longer happens.

The game is damaged - which probably occurred when China was liberated. China is at war with just about every other country - including Spain. But Spain is not aligned to any Axis major power. As I said, the game is damaged. I have several bug reports related to liberating China (I'll get to looking into that 'sometime').
