Baltic State Supply Issue

In the attached saved game file the Soviet unit in Tallinn, Estonia is Out of Supply.

Right-clicking on the unit shows that the Baltic States capital cities are not secondary supply sources for the unit.
The USSR acquired control of the Baltic States in the beginning of the game by meeting conditions of the Nazi-Soviet Pact.

This may be a supply bug, I believe this problem occurred after I upgraded to the new beta patch ver. 1.2.1.2.
As far as I can remember, the Soviet unit in Tallinn was in good supply before I installed that patch.

Bump - update - this bug still exists in beta ver 1.2.1..5
