To the moderators / Dev Team: Where to post/send improvement suggestions?

Hi,
I'm getting back into playing Command after upgrading my hardware, and I have some suggestions/wishes for improvements to gameplay and the UI.

Where would you like me to send such things, and in what format would you like to get it?

Posting here would be fine.

If you have db adds or corrections thats under mods.
