annoying "informative message" bug

This one popped up with the latest patch. When placing reinforcements, if a country does not have any units to place there is a pop up "Informative message" box that says there are no units to place. In the past, you clicked OK and the game moved on to the next country. Now the game is moving on without waiting for you to click the box. When the assign pilots window comes up for the next country, the "informative message" box returns. This wouldn't be a big deal except that it locks out all other windows, so you can't scroll around the map. When trying to assign pilots to carriers, this means it's impossible to check the map to see which carriers need planes. With an active naval war going on, this can be a pretty big deal.

Sometimes the window persists even longer. In this picture, Germany needs to choose an action option. The map is currently centered on Japan, and the presence of the informative message (which isn't even accurate) prevents me from moving the map to examine the situation on the Russian front.

Have you tried saving, exiting and then reloading the saved game? I had this problem with the declaration of war screen after I had finished declaring war on every country. I saved and reloaded and the screen went away. It also never showed up again after that first time so your superfluous screen should disappear too.

I fixed this yesterday. That correction will be available with the next Public Beta 1.2.2.x (sometime next week).
