Hello,

in this scenario, with the RED, there is no torpedoes in any submarines to attack surfaceships!!!

I'm the author, I have just checked it, and yes the red subs seems to have no torpedoes, probably something related to old database; just rebuilt with INI file to last DB and now it's ok, attached file and I will include it in next Community Update.
