How do I change the next aircraft in upgrade

How do I change the next aircraft in upgrade

I currently have player defined upgrade set to green. However I'm unable to change the next
plane in the upgrade list.
Either I'm doing it wrong or there something in the game I haven't sent?

Does anyone else have this problem or know what I might be doing wrong?

You should not raise the same issue in multiple sub forums.  Please keep this issue on the main AE forum where you will get better and appropriate answers.
