Finns vs Russians

Let's set up a small 5000pt meeting engagement in Feb 1940 of Finns vs Russians. I prefer the Finns but it doesn't matter too much to me one way or the other.

Tell me what game preferences you have. All I strongly want is C&C = ON and the ability to set my own Troop Quality. I'm negotiable on the other stuff. Let me know.
