1.2.3.2. Slow moves

It takes approximately 15 sec. to process the move of the 33rd Russian INF and the 76 mm TOW from the hex they are in north of Ruthenia to the adjacent Polish hex along the rail line. In 1.2.2.8., the moves were reasonably fast.
