Declare War Bug

I'm still running version 1.215 and have found a persistent bug whenever I come up to the Declare War Screen for China to start another impulse. Since I long ago declared war on all countries this screen should not be coming up any longer. It shows absolutely no countries to declare war on. However when I click on the choose action screen for China the choose action screen doesn't come up for the Commonwealth. While I can get around this annoying bug by saving, exiting and then restoring the saved game it now takes me 4 minutes to restore a saved game.

I hope this annoying little bug will get fixed soon. It doesn't show up for the Axis impulses, only when the Allies start a new impulse.

I just downloaded the 1.232 public beta and found that it fixes this declare war bug I reported.
