Downloaded and install perfect. Love the updated graphics engine and the maximum zoom in that allows close inspection of your units [;)]
Played through the tutorial and just started the campaign. The spoken narration and mission briefings really help to get you in the Warhammer 40k mood.

To bad there wasn't a single player skirmish mode like Pike and Shot.

This game is easy to pick up and play and is a lot of fun.
Looking forward to some user created scenarios and additional modded Space Marine chapters!

some suggestions:
*On the purchase screen, when a unit is selected, a description of the base unit and any installed upgrades would be nice. Especially for someone unfamiliar with the 40k world.
*An option for selecting different camo skins for the vehicles would be cool
I agree with the other posts in that more technical data should be available for the units
*So far the game crashed once, when I was in the unit upgrade screen selecting one of my core tanks

On the crash do you mean you selected a core unit, then pressed the upgrade button?

Which version are you on? Did you update to the day 1 patch 1.01 as a similar issue to this was fixed in the patch?
