what UV version should i play ? 1.4 2 2.1 2.11?

Hi,
Could sbdy recommend which is the best version to play with until a definitive patch is released?
I like playing japanese.

Could also sbdy explain how many times can my CV planes attack each day (morning/afternoon)?

I have been waiting all year to finally play this game. Now that I have familiarized myself with the game, I think I will start a PBEM game with someone to get me through the long and cold upstate N.Y. winter.
