Slitherine?

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

Slitherine?

Post by morganbj »

Why does it take me to Slitherine when I push the register the game button at the opening menu?

Only because the PBEM++ system is on a Slitherine server, so registering there sets you up with the account that will work with Multiplayer. Since we had to pick one place for the button to go, for PBEM++ purposes that made the most sense. Eventually it will all be one database, but that has been taking a bit longer than expected.

When I tried to register on Slitherine, it said my key number was already registered. I found that odd.
Anyone else have that issue? j

I think your game is automatically registered if you are logged in when you purchase it. Go to members area and look at the My Serial #s link. I bet your game is listed already.
