What do you do with the Eastern Inf Battalions as Germans

What do you do with the Eastern Inf Battalions as Germans

You receive early on a bunch of non-german infantry battalions (turkmen, Armenian etc.). How do you utilize these battalions?

Send them to HQ's in France attach them to a unit like you would any other SU. Sometimes you can get another point of CV to help with garrison value.

I, myself attach them to units I send east, that way I get rid of their uselessness in the West and help prop up the East Front for what its worth.

Add to Corps HQ`s or add to some important Divisions to "boost" their combat value.
