Is there any thing one can do to speed up the rate at which an Amphib HQ plans?

Thanks

I believe the larger the port the quicker you prep.

Bigger ports and smaller combat units in the port with the amphib. HQ. Make sure you assign your Ranger and SSF directly to the amphib HQ. 16.6.3 Amphibious Preparation, the formula.
