AB toe issue

I have 2 games going

1 has AB toe 100 and toe is 100-95/ 100-95

1 has AB toe 100 and toe is 0/0

I have done nothing different in both game vs H

Don't ask for saves you know why.

There is a bug but can not find it myself so start looking.

I jag runs its own bases in both game, supply at 3 each base ect ect everything is 100% the same, can not figue it out

Check supply details at airbase. May not be getting any replacements to fill out base.
Would be easier to see why if a save attached.
