Doctrine is Radars Active, OECM Active, Refuel/UNREP NO, Opportunity targets NO.
Leave all aircraft at bases
Assign proper loadouts (ARM, JASSM, and dumb bombs)
Fire approx 210 TLAMs against red airbase
Sit tight and wait
One problem is inbound airstrike, plus some anti-ship missiles (I guess from Russian ships). Truxtun shrugs this off and still has 11 ESSMs left. Not too many, but it still lives.
by the log, aircraft are intercepting TLAMs with Archers and whatnot, thinning out my TLAMs. when TLAMs started hitting the airbase, there were, well, 150 or so of them. Airbase is destroyed with about 30 TLAMs to spare.
Now the fun starts with "engage opportunity targets" set to YES, side/wide. The remaining TLAMs are sent off. by the way, quite funny to see TACTOMs being redirected backwards to their new targets.
Then, it is time to bring some AEW/EW assets into air.
Set up a mission including
2x Compass Call
2x J-STARS
3x Sentry
and wait for targets to be detected.
AWACS detects multiple aircraft where the base was. options are to wait till they run out of fuel, or send Eagles to finish them off; they must be out of missiles by now.

Pretty impressive I must say.
Then I set out to destroy what's left on the map.
I first took away enemy ships with a combo of JSOW, Harpoon, and AARGM. During the process I lost one aircraft to a SAM, because I mistook my aircraft for my own missile and just watched as it closed to strafe ship head-on. Darn was that unwise.
When that was done, a simlpe patrol mission over the entire enemy territory did the rest. By 15 hours to go there were no enemy units on the map at all. The picture is of cleanup patrols running above Crimea.

I'm playing with unlimited weapons at bases. I thought as it is Baloogan's scenario, it would be just fair. Baloogan seems to end every scenario, even if it was a 1941-vintage aircraft strafing unarmed recon ship, by a worldwide thermonuclear war; but he did not give me the nukes in the scenario. I thought at least unlimited ammo would be fair
Anyhow, given the damage inflicted by TLAMs, the same or similar result can be probably achieved without ever reloading the aircraft.
