New GuadalCanal Solitare (Screen Share) Which Version

We are learning the game, using screenshare to play multiplayer (two player),

Advice please, we have managed to complete a couple of Barbarossa but when we tried Guadalcanal on beta version 1.2.3.2 we had lots of problems with air combat (exception reports and would not send error).

If we want to try again, which version should would give us the best chance ?

1.3.1.0 has fixed the air to air naval combat but read the post by Bighinlasvegas on the post New Wif Public Beta v1.3.1.0, then make your decision.

Well, to be honest, the 1.3.1.0 version has a game stopping bug in it. I hope Steve will fix this as soon as possible. If this bug gets fixed, it is by far the best one to use.

On your report regarding air to air combat, there is a nasty bug around, which has the effect that forms are not shown on top of the air-to-air combat form. The work around for that is to press the F10 button, which puts another form on top. After closing this form, the program forces the form which wasn't shown earlier to be put in it's right place, so you can continue your game.

Hot patch is coming, hopefully Friday, you probably should download patch 1.3.1.0, test the new air to air which I did the other day and it seems to be working fine now, if you get to the liberation phase I believe there is a work around, or for the next few days do not conquer anyone [:(] test netplay if you would like to, up to you.
