game freezes during ai logistics phase

Playing the 43-45 campaign twice I have had it freeze during the ai logistics phase of the first turn

does it stop completely or eventually complete?

first turn may run a little longer than usual.

It freezes because there is a sound file it doesn't like...just rename your sound folder and it won't freeze anymore. Of course you wont get sounds anymore either

EDIT: Ah you are freezing on logistics...not sure if it makes noises on that phase.

Same here on the 'breakout' scenario. It freezes (not only on the first turn) but eventually after waiting for 5-10 seconds it resumes and the turn completes.

I've had the same problem during the 1944 (D-day) campaign. However, if I wait a couple of minutes it resolves itself and the AI-turn continues.

What task AI performs when it does so? What is the progress bar percentage value? Can you attach a save prior the execution of AI? Thanks.

sorry for delay in response.It seems to freeze at 56% but after a considerable delay resumes.
I guess it has a lot to do.What got me thinking it was frozen was
the task manager showed that it was not responding.

Sasme issue here. Cant even finish one turn. I have started a thread with my DX Diag. My game never responds

It also does this when I try to do amphibious landing or tell the game to do anything I get the "not responding" and it sits and sits and never recovers
