Hi I'm finally up and running with this scen. I'd appreciate any tips, do's, don'ts, etc. for a newbie to these scenarios.

oaltinyay- here are the steps to DL, per your request.
1.Go to WITPAE Home page.
2.Click Scenario Design and modding.
3.Go to: Top-Scenarios available for AE.
4.Click on-Da Babes WITPAE by Simon'
5.Click on HTTPS:// Sites...
