Blurry Map

So I just bought the game yesterday and am in the process of making a scenario and I am trying to accurately place facilities but when I zoom in the map is so blurry it is kind of hard to be accurate with placement of the facilities, is there a way to fix this or is this just how the map is? Thanks so much!
