Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Print Friendly Game Manual ?

Post by scout1 »

There is a print friendly version of the Players Manual (35 pgs) , but didn't see one for the Game Manual(300+ pgs).
Did I miss this ? Is there one available ?

Tried printing the Game Manual but it brought my printer to its knees ...... Huge memory demands in printing, several orders of magnitude greater than the ~ 22MB file size .......

No..but I printed the manual. In colour. Although I believe it would look all right in black and white. I printed both sides, and put it in a three ring binder to make it easy to leave open on rules I am interested in. Mostly the air ones. I debated taking the PDF down to the University printers to have them make a hardcover copy, but I fear the rules will change so much to make it irrelevant.

Now what would be really cool is a color manual in a three ring binder that you can switch out pages for as rules get updated .... 8)
