CTD bug after invasion of Italian mainland

Repeatable from the Axis AI phase after the landings on my desktop and laptop.

Included save from previous turn before and after plotting TF invasions and paradrops.

This repeated for me using our latest test version. Hopefully it will repeat for Gary inside the debugger. Thanks very much for the save.
