Changing HQ Twice/Turn

I think this is not WAD.

If I use the the auto-assign units to the nearest HQ button (haven't tested the shortcut key) I am still able to then go into each unit and select another HQ.

So I switched two combat units from II PO Corps to 12 Army Group via the button. Then back to II PO corp by going into each unit and selecting the Corps. Is this expected? Seems contrary to the rule.

I can change HQ's more then once also as long as it is auto.

Manual once, you cant auto after manual

Looks like the auto change attachment doesn't flag the unit that it has changed HQs. I'll add this to the bug list. Thanks.
