AD intensity setting

Post by Kumppi »

I have created 3 bomb city air directives. If I change the intensity in one of these city bombing ADs all the other city bombing ADs change their intensity to the same. Chancing recon AD intensity changes intensity of other recon ADs and so on.

I take it that this is not how it is supposed to work?

I wonder if you are clicking the button that says to update the overall HQ Doctrine when you made this individual Directive change?

I click the intensity setting in the edit air directive section which is below the list of air directives for the current air HQ. The one where you set TYPE, TARGET, S BASE, AREA, DAY/NIGHT, INTENSITY, GROUPS. If I select custom intensity by typing the number of strikes per day myself in the advanced options it works in that it does not modify the other similar directives.

There is also something odd about the WEATHER part in that if it says current weather is fair. For instance Fair(44) I'm unable to select any air groups unless I select MIN FLY ALL. That is MIN FLY POOR will not work although it should if I understand it correctly.

EDIT: I don't click the SET AIR DOCTRINE link

Intensity is air doctrine setting not the air directive's. So if you change all the same type AD's will follow it. So if you want to make it different you should use custom value by setting strike num.
