Soviet 203mm gun

The range of fire for 203mm gun 2A44 is to low (16800 in the game). Books says about 37500m for typical HE shells. Crew size for 2S7 is 7 guys.

Also ARTY9 152mm D-20 range of fire is too large and ARTY6 152mm 2A36 is to low in the game [:)]. It must be about 17100-17400m for D-20 and about 28500m for 2A36

I need a proof reader or better yet data to not update over time with better stuff too. I have a file with a table of max range of weapons to get the right numbers and it looks like I copied in from another 203mm system and then forgot to update the B-4 and 2A44s.

I'll go back through these again and update ranges. If you have a handy table of systems, max ranges (not RAP), and crew, I'll gladly base updates on those numbers. I'm already seeing a naming hang up with the 2B16 gun-mortar and the 2A51/2A60 gun/mortar designation. Thankfully the ranges are the same.

Fixed a number of them including the one you showed. A number typos and I flipped values going from my master list to the data files. Too many late nights I guess.[>:]
