1.3.3.0 Supply during Combat Resolution

Hi Guys,

Here, the Japanese are about to encircle the ChiCom 1st INF after slaughtering Mao, but supply hasn't caught up to the situation, and the 1st has an adjusted defensive strength of 10.

I save the game and reload, and now supply is correctly measured.
