Can't find my CD

I bought TOAW 3 a while back (again) and can't find the physical CD. I have ordered it online so is there any way to get the download link again?

I bought it on 12/22/2013 as I found the email with the serial key number but I need to download the actual game and would like a hard copy as well.

This is really a Matrix question, not a TOAW question. You need to post it on the official support board. I doubt anyone here will be able to help.

It will not let me log in. I have reset password and still nothing.

Anyway, it's not the product key I am missing as I found an email from 2013 that has it. I need to download the game. If it's on that page you refer to I am still screwed because the system will not let me login, even though I can log in here and respond in forums.

I seem to remember that I emailed Matrix and they were able to provide me with another download link - I bought the game 15 yeas ago or so and have had to ask for new downloads a couple of times IIRC - there's a "find my order" page that has the ability to locate orders from before 2010.....but you do have to log into matrix.com!

Remember that the forums and the main Matrix site are two different log-ins. You may not even have an account for both.

Nope, just yesterday I logged in to see my registration keys and accidentally used username "Falcon1" and was told that the username didn't exist. It is a totally different username to check my CD keys.

I suppose you can use the same username for both, if it is still available, but it's not required. On the other hand, maybe the situation is different for newer users, I don't know.

Slitherine sent me a link for d/l and used my old key. Still no email from the reset of the main page. Matrix website needs an overhaul.

Possibly you have the email for matrix.com set to something you don't use any more??
