Steamkey or atleast downloadlink

Hi, i hope im able to explain my problem correctly. i wanted to play universe again, but its not installed on my pc anymore and the download link expired in the meantime. i use steam but i missed the chance to create a key for it. my question is: Is there a chance to get a steamkey? i didnt find any option to do that and my game is already registered. If not, i would really appreciate a new downloadlink. A Steamkey would be better, especially for future downloads
