SKILL LEVELS

Post by wegman58 »

Skill levels improve when you send folks to training. Do they go up for conducting missions?

This would seem to be a no-brainer for astronauts. For ground control it would seem that the messier the mission, the more likely skill would go up. And for the SET folks - working on a real rocket/spacecraft would seem to have advantages over classroom work.

I just started with the new patch, update - and don't track my skill levels on a turn to turn basis.
