This tank is called, "The Badger" and as you can see it is quite small.

That looks more like a APC, no turret no gun

The first video says it is for law enforcement. It looks like it's built on a Bobcat chassis, or something similar.

I agree...I think this chassis was meant for either bomb disposal units or police recon..Before getting into the banking business, I was a police officer and vehicles similar were making their rounds in the seventies..

In the late seventies I saw prototypes, manned and unmanned..They were to counter the type of homegrown terrorism we witnessed in the sixties.
Since Molotovs are so cheap, I suspect the unmanned became much more cost efficient?
