Cruise altitudes for civilian flights

For those wanting to add a little more realism to civilian air traffic in their scenarios, there are a number of rules worldwide about assigning cruise altitudes, but by sticking to the general semi-circlar rule (see below) scenario designers can add some realism to their scenarios.
