Transparent Ships

For some strange reason my civilian ships and station are all transparent. None of my designs are equipped with stealth modules and this just start happening yesterday. The military ships are all rendering properly but not the civilian ships. I tried re-installing and switching themes but those didnt help. Im just wondering what setting changed to make my civilian ships and stations transparent. I guess its not a big deal but I just wonder what happened.
