If you are modding a current scenario how do you increase the prep points? Also since the best way to have a Amphib unit build prep points fast is to be in a big port can you double stack two in one port?

To increase amphib prep points go to the Units tab in the Editor - select the unit you want to change prep points on - amend the number for the Amph Prep Pts (bottom of the middle column). Don't forget to change both the Amph TF value and the co-stacked invasion combat unit(s).

If you want to be able to retarget on T1 and retain prep points set the value you want retained on the Main Tab.

Double stacking won't work as you need a co-stacked combat unit and the stack limit is three. You'd only get one combat unit with two TFs so there is no point.
